5-5 Day for Hill Saturday, April 16th, 2022 Michael Hill really sizzled at the plate in today's 11-3 win over Stealers. The Beach City catcher blistered Cherry Hill for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Hill was too tough to get out today," the Stealers skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Michael Hill hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th. Thus far this season Hill is hitting .405 with 1 home run, 11 RBIs and 12 runs scored. He has 17 hits in 42 at-bats and has played in 11 games. |
