Ardinghi Chosen July's Best BOL Hurler Sunday, August 1st, 2021 Baldassario Ardinghi took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Buck O'Neil League Pitcher of the Month award for July. The 17-year-old Vikings starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 4-0 won-lost record in 6 starts. This month he fanned 23 batters in 34.2 innings and compiled a 1.82 ERA. To date this season, Ardinghi has a record of 4 wins and 1 loss and a 1.80 ERA. He has appeared in 9 games and struck out 29 in 45 innings. |
