Sanders Torches Princes for 5 Hits Friday, July 23rd, 2021 It was a big day for Casey Sanders of the Sanford Stingrays. He led his club to a 16-4 victory over the Bel Air Princes today at Philip Banks Field. The 23-year-old catcher smoked Princes pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Casey Sanders flied out in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Dan Lewis in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 8th. In this current campaign Sanders is hitting at a .248 clip with 8 home runs and 55 RBIs. |
