AHL Selects Player of the Week Monday, July 19th, 2021 Westside's He-ping Wang is only 19, but last week he put up numbers that would make a seasoned veteran proud. That's why the young hurler earned the August Herrman League Player of the Week award. Wang tallied 2 wins, 9 strikeouts in 8 innings and a 1.13 ERA for the week. Thus far this season, Wang has worked 114.1 innings with 144 strikeouts en route to a 10-4 record and a 2.99 ERA. |
