West Virginia First Baseman Nets AHL Award Monday, May 3rd, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the August Herrman League, but last week Dave Murdoch of the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Murdoch rocked opposing pitching for a .538 average (7-13), 3 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. Murdoch has collected 15 hits for the Dancin' Outlaws this year, 4 of them home runs. He has also netted 12 RBIs and scored 13 runs while batting .366. |
