Battle 5-for-6 Against Rams Friday, August 8th, 2025 Players get multi-hit games all the time. But a 5-hit game only comes around once in a blue moon. It happened at Parliament Field when Bryan Battle of Ottawa scattered 5 hits all over the ballpark against the Frisco Rams. He was down and a little subdued with mixed feelings in the postgame interview. "It was a good day for me, but not a good day for the Outlaws. The bottom line in baseball is to win. We didn't do it today," he told the press after the game. He walloped 5 hits in 6 at-bats in his career day performance, but it was the Rams, who won the ballgame 15-14. However, the left fielder of the Outlaws did have this to say: "My swing was really, really there today. I made some good, solid contact and when that happens... good things happen. Bryan Battle flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 4t h, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
