Star of the Week Honored in FFL Monday, July 28th, 2025 21-year-old Clarence Rowe made a few Madison headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Ford Frick League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 27 at-bats to put up a .444 average. Rowe collected 1 home run, 8 RBIs and scored 9 runs. Rowe is batting .289 this season in 68 games with 5 home runs, 34 RBIs and 36 runs scored. He has 61 hits in 211 at-bats. |
