5-Hit Blitz by Childers Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 At Outlander Park Sean Childers was the King of Swing today in the 5-4 win over the Rams. The Long Island catcher stepped into the batter's box 7 times against the Frisco and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. He told the press, "Unbelievable feeling. It felt good. 5 for 7! It does wonders for your batting average, too." Sean Childers doubled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 9th, grounded out in the 11th and doubled in the 14th. So far this year Childers is hitting .323 with 3 home runs. |
