Alexander Cartwright League's Best Batter Announced Monday, May 19th, 2025 It was announced today by the Alexander Cartwright League that West Coast first baseman Kunimichi Fujii had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .440 batting average, 11 hits and 3 home runs. Fujii also racked up 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Fujii is currently batting .308 with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. |
