West Coast's Lung Chosen ACL Batter of the Month Sunday, September 1st, 2024 Ching-hsia Lung is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the West Coast left fielder joined that select company when the Alexander Cartwright League announced the results of August's voting. Lung totaled 33 hits, 18 walks, 8 home runs, 29 RBIs and 26 runs scored last month to put together a .367 batting average and .477 on-base percentage. In 69 games this season Lung is batting .311 with 69 hits and 18 home runs. He has scored 56 runs and driven in 60. |
