Bordes Punishes ACL Pitchers This Week Monday, August 12th, 2024 At the age of 31, Vincent Bordes might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Riverside center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .556 batting average. For his efforts Bordes collected the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 15 hits in 27 at-bats, 1 home run and 8 RBIs last week in 7 games. Currently Bordes is batting .317 with 92 hits and 11 home runs. He has knocked in 58 runs and scored 71 times. |
