Great Week for Buzzard's Bay's Vui Vu-Pham Monday, August 5th, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Alexander Cartwright League, but last week Vui Vu-Pham of the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Vu-Pham rocked opposing pitching for a .481 average (13-for-27), 3 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. Vu-Pham has collected 58 hits for the Beetlecats this year, 11 of them home runs. He has also netted 31 RBIs and scored 36 runs while batting .358. |
