FFL Votes Beehive Bodabalho Top Player Monday, July 22nd, 2024 22-year-old Joćo Bodabalho made a few Madison headlines during this past week as the rookie right fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Ford Frick League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 26 at-bats to put up a .423 average. Bodabalho collected 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and scored 7 runs. This season in 37 games, Bodabalho has hit at a .261 clip with 40 hits, 7 home runs, 21 RBIs and 25 runs scored. |
