Thukral Earns ACL Player of the Week Monday, July 8th, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Alexander Cartwright League, but last week Attana Thukral of the Ottawa Outlaws reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Thukral rocked opposing pitching for a .448 average (13-for-29), 4 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. For the season, Thukral is hitting at a .290 clip with 5 home runs, 23 RBIs and has scored 28 runs. He has 47 hits, 21 walks and a .369 on-base percentage. |
