Hsueh Slams 5 Hits for Frisco
Friday, June 28th, 2024
5 times is a charm -- at least in the world of baseball. When a player gets 5 or more hits in a game, he is honored in the record book and the latest honoree is Mo-ruo Hsueh of the Frisco Rams. He tore up the Ottawa Outlaws to the tune of 5 hits in 6 at-bats in the Frisco 17-3 win today at Outlander Park. "Hsueh was a tough out today," the Ottawa manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Mo-ruo Hsueh singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
For the season Hsueh is hitting .400, batted in 1 runs with no home runs and 3 runs scored.
