Big Day with Bat: Raman 5-for-5 Friday, May 24th, 2024 It takes more than one player to win a baseball game. Adhivahana Raman of the Ducks is proof of that. The Long Island right fielder gave it his all and dominated Sandy Springs pitching today at Long Island Stadium with a great 5-for-5 game. However, when the game ended, the scoreboard showed the Spartans went home the winner, 6-4. Adhivahana Raman walked in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Paul Woodrow in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 11th. This year Raman has hit at a .391 clip with 16 RBIs, 4 home runs and 37 runs scored. |
