Week's #1 Player: San Antonio's Pinches Monday, April 22nd, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Ford Frick League, but last week Oliver Pinches of the San Antonio Storm Troopers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Pinches rocked opposing pitching for a .440 average (11-for-25), 3 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. Thus far this year Pinches has hit .266 with 4 home runs and 18 RBIs. |
