Super Week for Spokane's Yamaguchi! Monday, April 8th, 2024 So far in his young career, Kanko Yamaguchi has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Ford Frick League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Spokane Bulldogs catcher hit at a torrid .565 clip as he collected 13 hits in 23 at-bats, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 7 runs scored. |
