Player of the Week: Phoenix's Ruchika Monday, June 19th, 2023 So far in his young career, Ehsan Ruchika has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Ford Frick League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Phoenix Lights left fielder hit at a torrid .563 clip as he collected 9 hits in 16 at-bats, 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year Ruchika has hit 6 home runs and posted a .390 batting average. |
