Frisco's Kanno Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Saturday, April 15th, 2023 At The Den Motoki Kanno was the King of Swing today in the 23-3 win over the Wolves. The Frisco right fielder stepped into the batter's box 7 times against the Lake of the Isles and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. He told the press, "Unbelievable feeling. It felt good. 5 for 7! It does wonders for your batting average, too." Motoki Kanno singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit a two-run triple in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th, hit a two-run home run off Daisuke Nakanishi in the 7th and flied out in the 9th. Currently Kanno has 2 home runs and a .379 batting average. |
