Bad News for Boise, Carrasco Injured
Sunday, September 4th, 2022
Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against San Antonio Storm Troopers, Hawks starting pitcher Alfonso Carrasco was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 9-10 months with a torn labrum. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Boise skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow.

This year Carrasco has a 4-9 record with a 4.65 ERA.
