Great July Gets Lawson ACL Best Hitter Award Monday, August 1st, 2022 Richard Lawson is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Frisco first baseman joined that select company when the Alexander Cartwright League announced the results of July's voting. Lawson totaled 36 hits, 24 walks, 6 home runs, 37 RBIs and 24 runs scored last month to put together a .364 batting average and .484 on-base percentage. To date this season Lawson is hitting .303 with 28 home runs. |
