Hits Galore: Hall Drills 5 Hits Thursday, June 9th, 2022 At Cobras Ballpark Frank Hall was the King of Swing today in the 19-8 win over the Jail Birds. The Frisco left fielder stepped into the batter's box 6 times against the Newark and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. He told the press, "Unbelievable feeling. It felt good. 5 for 6! It does wonders for your batting average, too." Frank Hall singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Stephen Courthope in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and walked in the 9th. This year Hall has collected a .314 batting average to date with 16 hits in 51 at-bats, 9 RBIs, 3 home runs and scored 15 times. He has played in 20 games. |
