Bad News for Red Bulls, Moreno Injured Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 Earlier today, Riverside starting pitcher Domingo Moreno had to leave the game against Ottawa because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will miss 9 months of play. Moreno was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. This season-to-date, Moreno has fashioned a 3-3 mark and 5.00 ERA in 68.1 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .298 against him and he has logged 48 strikeouts. |
