Tauber Batters West Coast Big Time Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 The Ducks tripped up the Defenders 26-9 today, led by Paul Tauber, their 32-year-old catcher. He tagged West Coast pitching for 6 hits, making life miserable for them the entire game. Paul Tauber singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Tanyu Mori in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and hit a two-run double in the 8th. Thus far this season in 30 games Tauber is batting .361 with 4 home runs, 26 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He has 43 hits in 119 at-bats. |
