Big Day for O'Callaghan: Swats 5 Hits Sunday, April 10th, 2022 "It was almost like batting practice. I saw the ball very well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted." That's what Rock River left fielder Dave O'Callaghan said to BNN reporters after his fantastic 5-6 day against the Spokane Bulldogs at The Kennel. "I got some good counts and used the whole field." The Rats had a good day, too, and won the ballgame 15-7. Dave O'Callaghan struck out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. O'Callaghan is batting .400 this year with no home runs, 1 RBIs and 6 runs scored. He has 10 hits in 25 at-bats. |
