San Antonio's Starratt Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits Wednesday, September 15th, 2021 "It was almost like batting practice. I saw the ball very well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted." That's what San Antonio left fielder Dave Starratt said to BNN reporters after his fantastic 5-5 day against the Wichita Wolverines at The Clone Army. "I got some good counts and used the whole field." The Storm Troopers had a good day, too, and won the ballgame 13-2. Dave Starratt hit a two-run single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Al Jones in the 6th and singled in the 8th. For the year Starratt has hit .268 with 13 home runs, 60 RBIs and scored 38 runs. |
