Griggs Selected Top Player Monday, July 19th, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Ford Frick League, but last week Danny Griggs of the New York Ninjas reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Griggs rocked opposing pitching for a .625 average (5-8), 4 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. For the year Griggs has hit .263 with 14 home runs, 53 RBIs and scored 72 runs. |
