ACL's Top Hitter Named Thursday, July 1st, 2021 Even though he is a newcomer to DOUBLE A, Yasujiro Uchiyama put up some good numbers in June and earned the ACL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Riverside's offensive leaders with a .406 average in 26 games. He also racked up 11 home runs, 42 RBIs, and 31 runs scored. Thus far this season in 71 games Uchiyama is batting .369 with 20 home runs, 71 RBIs and 62 runs scored. He has 97 hits in 263 at-bats. |
