Bad Behavior Costs Roberts and Bayley Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 Mark Roberts of the Bird-in-Hand Hunters and Edward Bayley of the Long Island Ducks will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended 4 games apiece by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Hunters-Ducks game at The Bird Stadium. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Roberts and Bayley will begin serving them soon. Currently Roberts is batting .287 with 17 home runs, 61 RBIs and 62 runs scored. So far this season, Bayley has logged a 2-5 record with a 9.59 ERA. He has started 10 games, hurled 46 innings and registered 35 strikeouts and 32 walks. |
