Spokane's Sughavanam Out 5-6 Months
Thursday, June 24th, 2021
Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Madison Beehive, Bulldogs starting pitcher Adharma Sughavanam was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 5-6 months with shoulder inflammation. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Spokane skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow.
Currently Sughavanam has a 3-8 won-lost record in 15 starts with a 6.27 ERA. He also has 72 strikeouts in 84.2 innings.
