Barbarro Selected Top Player Monday, May 31st, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Ford Frick League, but last week António Barbarro of the Boise Hawks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Barbarro rocked opposing pitching for a .444 average (12-27), 3 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. To date Barbarro has chalked up a .316 average with 11 home runs, driven in 28 runs and scored 37 times. |
