Minneapolis's Fukuda Injured, Out of Lineup Saturday, October 4th, 2025 Earlier today, Minneapolis starting pitcher Kitahachi Fukuda had to leave the game against Joplin because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will miss 7 months of play. Fukuda was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. This season Fukuda has registered 5 wins and 3 losses in 10 starts with a 4.89 ERA. |
