Death Stars Lose Sánchez for 4-5 Months Wednesday, August 13th, 2025 The Death Stars received bad news this morning. Jorge Sánchez will miss 4-5 months due to a broken kneecap. He sustained the injury in the Detroit-Vancouver game while running the bases. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Sánchez sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." This year Sánchez is batting .291 with 3 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
