Gallegos July's Best Bat Choice Friday, August 1st, 2025 Jesús Gallegos is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Astoria first baseman joined that select company when the Blake Camden League announced the results of July's voting. Gallegos totaled 24 hits, 6 walks, 8 home runs, 23 RBIs and 20 runs scored last month to put together a .369 batting average and .423 on-base percentage. To date Gallegos has chalked up a .321 average with 17 home runs, driven in 58 runs and scored 69 times. |
