Mendel Israel Selected June's Best Batter Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 Billings Mustangs fans believe they've got a talented young star in Mendel Israel. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in June, as he hit .353 with 11 home runs, 29 RBIs and 23 runs scored. The end result was the catcher being named the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month. In 67 games Israel is hitting .291 this season with 74 hits, 15 home runs, 48 RBIs, 50 walks, .414 OBP and has scored 45 runs. |
