Injury Takes Toll, Katsumi Onishi Out Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 It was announced today in Indian Wells that Aeropostales reliever Katsumi Onishi will be out 10 months. Onishi suffered a torn rotator cuff that occurred during a game against the Minneapolis Freeze. This season he has made 20 relief appearances, collecting no saves. Onishi has worked 27.1 innings, yielding 20 hits and giving out 13 free passes while striking out 37. He has a 1-0 record with a 3.29 ERA. |
