Aeropostales Pitching Ravaged by Collier Saturday, June 7th, 2025 Joplin first baseman Lee Collier really lit up the Indian Wells Aeropostales with a 5-hit barrage today at Stars Field -- a performance that sparked the Fireballs to a 16-10 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Lee Collier hit an RBI double in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a three-run double in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Collier is batting .329 this year with 6 home runs, 45 RBIs and 30 runs scored. He has 72 hits in 219 at-bats. |
