Tovar Wins BCL Best Player Award Monday, June 2nd, 2025 Blake Camden League pitchers will attest that it was tough to get Germán Tovar of the Billings Mustangs out last week. His all-around performance at the plate made him the league's most recent Player of the Week. The 32-year-old left fielder boasted a .423 average with 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Tovar went 11-for-26 for the week. For the year Tovar is batting .237 with 31 hits and 8 home runs. He has scored 22 times and driven in 21. |
