Hit Parade: Panhas Pops 5 Hits Friday, May 23rd, 2025 Marco Panhas really did a number on the Horseman in the Indian Wells 17-8 victory. Not just anyone can get 5 hits in 8 at-bats. But Marco Panhas did just that today for the Aeropostales and gave his batting average a healthy boost and sparked his club in the win. "I felt real good in the batter's box today. I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done," the 26-year-old third baseman said after his record-setting performance. Marco Panhas singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, singled in the 8th, grounded out in the 10th, singled in the 12th and hit a two-run single in the 12th. This season Panhas has hit 1 home run and posted a .232 batting average. |
