Wilson Named KSL Cy Young Award Winner Sunday, October 27th, 2024 The Cy Young Award for 2024 has been presented and the Kade Stenson League winner is Daniel Wilson of Coronado. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Wilson. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Phantoms star told reporters. Wilson excelled with an impressive 13-5 record in 34 starts. In 183 innings he yielded 169 hits and 76 walks, while striking out 166 and compiling a fine 3.93 ERA. Tex Sweet of the Coronado Phantoms finished second in voting, while Rafael Robles of the Indian Wells Aeropostales finished third. |
