Title Captured - Blake Camden League Youppi Division Won By Detroit Saturday, September 14th, 2024 While it seemed a foregone conclusion for quite some time, today it became official: the Detroit Death Stars are champions of the Blake Camden League Youppi Division. The club has been rolling well ahead of the pack with a 94-53 record and have now officially qualified for the postseason. "It's a pretty good feeling to know you can't be caught," said reliever Damon Willis. "Now we can focus on getting ourselves ready to win a Triple A World Series." The club's division title was their 3rd and they will be attempting to win the franchise's 2nd title. According to manager Mitchell Drover, "I think we've got as good a chance as any team in TRIPLE A." |
