Playoffs? No Chance for Joplin Sunday, September 8th, 2024 The Joplin Fireballs were certainly not a team of destiny this year and now they have been eliminated from playoff contention. Joplin last appeared in the postseason in 2018. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 11 times in their 12-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Fireballs have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
