Banditos De Jesús Snags KSL Player of the Week Monday, August 12th, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Kade Stenson League, but last week Armando De Jesús of the Acapulco Banditos reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. De Jesús rocked opposing pitching for a .484 average (15-for-31), 3 home runs and 11 RBIs to come away with the award. This season De Jesús is swinging the bat at a .333 rate with 114 hits in 342 at-bats. To date he has hit 10 home runs, scored 62 runs and driven in 54. |
