BCL Names Best Player Monday, July 15th, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Blake Camden League, but last week Kenshin Yamashita of the Antioch Coal Miners reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Yamashita rocked opposing pitching for a .467 average (7-for-15), 3 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year Yamashita has 15 home runs and a .299 batting average. |
