Jason Barrett Selected May's Best Batter Saturday, June 1st, 2024 Jason Barrett is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Detroit left fielder joined that select company when the Blake Camden League announced the results of May's voting. Barrett totaled 42 hits, 15 walks, 9 home runs, 26 RBIs and 34 runs scored last month to put together a .344 batting average and .416 on-base percentage. On the year Barrett is hitting .326 with 77 hits, 14 home runs, 52 RBIs, .387 OBP and has scored 56 runs. |
