5-Hit Barrage by Zavala Sunday, May 19th, 2024 Bronx left fielder Edgardo Zavala wielded a big stick today against the Mustangs and his club walked off the field winners by the score of 16-11. Zavala helped tame Billings with 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Edgardo Zavala hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Bryan McDonald in the 8th. So far this year Zavala has 6 home runs and a .307 batting average. |
