Clark's 23-Game Hit Streak Ends Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 Reno triumphed over Pasadena today 4-2. However, that was not the whole story. Raiders second baseman Ray Clark failed to get a hit for the first time in 23 games. Clark went hitless in 3 at-bats and had his streak broken. Commenting to reporters at his press conference, he said, "Some days the past few weeks I carried the club, today they carried me. No matter what, it is always good to win a ballgame." This year Clark is hitting .411 with 5 home runs and 21 RBIs in 20 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .511 with 14 walks and 14 runs scored. |
