Unionists Second Baseman Khosa Hurt Tuesday, September 26th, 2023 Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Rana Khosa of the Unionists knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Amarillo Horseman while making a defensive play. Because of a concussion, the Winston second baseman is expected to miss 4 months. Khosa was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen." Khosa is hitting .230 this year with 6 home runs, 44 RBIs and 53 runs scored. He has 90 hits in 391 at-bats, 40 walks and a .305 on-base percentage. Khosa has played in 115 games. |
