Cummings Captures BCL Batter of Month Award Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 Allen Cummings of the Vancouver Canadians recorded a .442 batting average in July. His hitting spree racked up the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month award for his trophy case. The Vancouver right fielder battered opposing pitchers all month, accumulating 6 home runs, 14 RBIs and scoring 22 runs. Thus far this season in 75 games Cummings is batting .321 with 9 home runs, 42 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 89 hits in 277 at-bats. |
